The Regional Customer Service Team Leader (NSW) will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to provide exceptional customer service to key accounts in New South Wales.

The successful candidate will have experience leading customer service teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the local customer service team to achieve high responsiveness and accuracy levels.
  2. Identify and develop improved processes to ensure seamless information flow between stakeholders.
  3. Provide outstanding customer service to a portfolio of key customer accounts.
  4. Support the team by handling escalations and overseeing order processes.
  5. Cultivate a culture of excellence by coaching and developing the customer service team.
  6. Maintain accurate records and generate reports to track relevant KPIs.
  7. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional phone and email-based customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading customer service teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A customer-centric mindset and positive attitude.
