Job Title

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation & Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and project delivery across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end project management of innovation trials, ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

Collaboration with suppliers, category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring new ideas to life.

Engagement with central and site operations to ensure teams are trained, informed, and equipped for trial execution.

Tracking and reporting on trial outcomes, providing feedback and post-implementation reviews.

Commercial input, including feasibility assessments, supplier negotiations, and success factor setting.

Agility in adapting trial plans based on early results, and speed to scale successful initiatives.

Clear exit strategies for unsuccessful trials, with insights on lessons learned.

Requirements:

Proven project management skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities.

Agility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Commercial acumen with experience in supplier negotiations and feasibility assessments.

Cross-functional leadership experience.

Experience in convenience retail and QSR environments, including store operations, customer experience, and operational efficiency across forecourt, in-store, and food service formats.
