The Project Visionary plays a pivotal role in driving innovation across the organization, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects that bring new ideas to life.

This key position involves managing project timelines, costs, quality, and safety objectives to ensure successful execution and scale-up of innovative concepts.

  • Develops and implements project management strategies for innovation trials, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Collaborates with suppliers, category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and develop new ideas.
  • Engages with operational teams to ensure they are trained, informed, and equipped for trial execution.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Tracks performance metrics, captures learnings, and works closely with site teams to embed innovations seamlessly into operations.
  • Provides commercial input, including feasibility assessments, supplier negotiations, and success factor setting.
  • Adapts trial plans based on early results and prioritizes speed to scale successful initiatives.
  • Develops clear exit strategies for unsuccessful trials, providing insights on lessons learned.

  • Has experience in convenience retail and QSR environments, including store operations, customer experience, and operational efficiency across forecourt, in-store, and food service formats.
