Job Title: Project Delivery Specialist

A dynamic and innovative organization is seeking a skilled Project Delivery Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and reporting of dedicated projects or programs.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within engineering, defence, aerospace, or high-technology sectors, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are achieved in line with agreed schedules.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigations where required.
  • Liaise with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to maintain alignment and communicate project progress effectively.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified Engineer (Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Systems or related discipline).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be an Australian citizen.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2).
  • Exposure to defence compliance frameworks and reporting.
