About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as the Head of Domestic Payments Technology. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technology strategy and direction for our domestic payments platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technology strategy and direction for our domestic payments platform
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new technologies and engineering practices
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional platform teams and support decision-making regarding technology and engineering practices
  • Collaborate with the program leadership team to drive business strategy and ensure alignment
  • Manage large and complex projects across various business areas
  • Develop and deliver mission-critical, highly performant, and resilient technology
  • Drive internal and external teams to detailed plans

Requirements

  • 15+ years in technology management, preferably in financial services and/or payments
  • 10+ years managing large and complex projects across various business areas
  • 10+ years in people management and leadership within large and complex financial services organizations
  • Supplier relationship management and managing external vendors to successful outcomes
  • Business/operational risk management
  • Financial management of technology, including operating and capital expenses and optimizing technology investment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to senior GM and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to bring together diverse stakeholders to align and make decisions on complex issues
