We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team at MBC Recruitment. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of staff, traffic control services, fleet, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Roster staff and vehicles to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Schedule high-volume traffic control services to meet client demands
- Optimize fleet and equipment utilization to reduce costs and improve operations
- Organize vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and safety
- Assist with drug and alcohol testing, accommodation booking, and monitoring PPE allocation
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and responding to service enquiries
- Ensure client schedules are filled and continuity of service is maintained
- Report safety concerns to planners and management
- Communicate SWMS, TMP, and TGSs to the team
- Assist with recruitment and induction of new staff
- Track staff qualifications to ensure compliance
- Update databases with client and employee details and notes
- Perform general administration duties as required
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to stay calm and maintain professionalism in a high-pressure environment
- Passionate about working with people
- Confident telephone manner
- Determination to succeed
- Organizational skills: multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
- Sound communication skills
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently
- 1+ years' administrative and rostering experience
- Experience in Traffic Control and/or Recruitment industry would be highly advantageous
