Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in North Perth.

This role involves engaging with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists, guide customers through hearing devices and accessories, and resolve any concerns that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience in retail or allied health, as well as good computer skills and software navigation. They should also have strong attention to detail, administrative skills, and a collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities
