This Lead Educator role will see you lead just ten toddlers. You will be supported by experienced educators who have remained with the company for many years. The spacious indoor/outdoor play spaces are architecturally designed to suit the needs of all children from 6 weeks to school age.
**About you**
- A Diploma or higher qualification in children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Current Employment Working with Children Check.
- Experience in an early childhood setting, preferably as lead educator
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
- Prior experience and confidence in leading an age group setting and writing educational programs.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- The ability to implement stimulating programs and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
- The ability to observe and record children's learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
