Travel Consultant Destination Expert

We are seeking a skilled Global Travel Experience Curator to join our team at The Travel Corporation. As a key member of our destination expert team, you will be responsible for crafting unique itineraries that cater to the needs of our discerning clients.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with travel agents and guests to deliver exceptional sales and service support, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Efficiently handle inquiries across multiple channels in our contact centre environment, providing timely and accurate information to our clients.
  • Provide end-to-end service, organising flights, tours, accommodations, and more, to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on systems, destinations, and products, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement, driving excellence in our services.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and a knack for building relationships. You will also require:

  • Customer service experience from a sales-driven environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Demonstrable or willingness to learn strong destination knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Excellent organisational skills and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and quick learning skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technology.
