About the Role

We are seeking a talented Creative Visual Content Strategist to join our team. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 working days in our Bondi Junction office. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing collateral for campaigns and executions across our tour brands.

You will work closely with our Brand Marketers to develop creative briefs from initial concept through to completion, while also delivering smart regionalisation options for globally produced assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Digital Marketing Campaign Assets: Create compelling design concepts following existing brand guidelines for web, display, EDM, and social channels.
  • Lead Video Projects: Take the lead in designing digital and video projects for the studio, ensuring they meet the highest standards of creativity and quality.
  • Automated Ad Templates: Build automated ad templates that enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Offline/Print Materials: Assist in the design of offline/print materials that align with our brand identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an in-house design studio or within an agency environment.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Intermediate to advanced video editing capabilities.
  • Experience in designing digital assets for social media channels (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest).
  • Strong communication skills and openness to collaboration.
  • Adaptability, agility, and commitment to team success.
