Program Manager Role

About the Position

  • Collaborate with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft scalable solutions.
  • Influence strategic process design and development.
  • Engage Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end customer outcomes.
  • Conduct hypothesis-driven problem solving to identify improvement areas and oversee supporting analytics, including data mining and recommendations.
  • Lead large groups of stakeholders to implement new initiatives.
