About the Role

RACQ is seeking a highly skilled Digital Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our digital applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide system analysis, design, development, maintenance, and ongoing support for RACQ's digital applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with various teams within RACQ Technology and business pillars to ensure all deliveries are supported by the most appropriate solution.
  • Build on current CI/CD processes to increase delivery cadence.
  • Work with agile development methodologies, practices, and principles.
About You
  • Excellent communicator with stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in supporting highly available production systems.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and various phases.
  • Strong organisational, time management and, prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work individually or within a team framework, and in varying customer environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including peer review capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS (SQL), programming languages, and software development tools.
