About The Roles:

We are seeking experienced Event Leads to join our team, responsible for planning and delivering events across Bendigo Kangan Institute. The successful candidates will work closely with internal and external partners to plan, design, develop, and deliver events and functions across metro and regional Victoria within allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement event strategies to achieve business objectives


  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate events


  • Maintain event calendars and contribute to resource allocation


  • Assist in the set-up and coordination of events outside of regular working hours


Requirements:



  • Qualifications in a relevant field and/or 3-5 years demonstrated experience in managing conferences and large-scale events


  • Previous experience managing staff or teams


  • Proven track record delivering a range of events within agreed timeframes and budget
