About The Roles:

Two Events Lead roles are available, responsible for planning and delivering events across Bendigo Kangan Institute. One role will focus on internal events, and the other on external events. These positions play a crucial part in delivering a large number of events across Victoria.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver internal events, including staff conferences and celebrations.
• Plan and deliver external events, including student graduations and awards nights.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to plan, design, and deliver events.
• Manage event calendars and contribute to resource allocation.
• Coordinate event marketing campaigns and manage event budgets.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in a relevant field or 3-5 years of experience in event management.
• Previous experience managing staff or teams.
• Proven track record delivering events within agreed timeframes and budget.
