Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional who can provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to retail and trade customers.
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Maintain and develop strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of business goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising, visual displays, and general housekeeping practices.
