Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an individual to represent our brand at the rental counter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to listen actively, and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
About the RoleIn this position, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, completing rental bookings, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering results-oriented performance.
Key Responsibilities- Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening and reviewing various add-ons and services.
- Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
- Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Answer customer questions and inquiries.
- Full and valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
