About the Role:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales across memberships, supplements, apparel accessories, and consumables to achieve individual and team targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about health and fitness, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and customers by addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly
  • Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel accessories, and consumables to achieve individual and team targets
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings and services
  • Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages to enhance member experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facility and workstations to ensure a positive member experience
  • Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records to optimize operational efficiency
