- Collaborate with senior executives and industry leaders to shape new benchmarks in human performance.
- Lead the implementation of a world-class Fatigue Risk Management Program across all workgroups.
- Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and maintain industry leadership.
- Build and lead a highly skilled team of aviation psychologists and human factors specialists.
- 12+ years experience applying psychology, human factors and fatigue management principles.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Factors, Psychology or a related discipline, with postgraduate studies (Master's or Doctorate) highly regarded.
- Proven leadership capability with experience guiding specialist teams.
- Deep knowledge of human factors regulations and safety management systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
