
Human Resources Strategic Sourcing Specialist

The primary function of this position is to collaborate with stakeholders in identifying, analyzing, and implementing HR initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans for the optimization of human resources systems and processes.
- Analyze data and business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in HR service delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR projects.
A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting gap analysis and feasibility studies to inform HR project implementation.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including technical specifications and system designs.
- Ensuring solutions meet business objectives and comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
This role requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of success in a Business Analyst or HR role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
