About the Role

The Financial Manager will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our organization. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for leading our finance functions, including management reporting, audit support, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts
  • Oversee the improvement of financially-related internal controls and processes
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in determining the company's capital structure and recommend financing options
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability
  • Manage the finance department and provide guidance to employees
  • Compile key business metrics and report on them to management
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends and market patterns
  • Proficient user of finance software and systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong financial reporting and tax experience
  • A thorough understanding of financial governance practices
  • Able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are followed
