Director of Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our food and beverage operations. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to meet or exceed guest expectations and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals to ensure exceptional service, quality, and consistency.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, meetings, and other functions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
- 6+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the guest experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field.
