Business Continuity Lead Position

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the implementation of risk management and business continuity across our organisation. This role will focus on enhancing resilience, mitigating risks and threats, and ensuring operational continuity in the event of an incident.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business continuity policy aligned with organisational policies and endorsed by the leadership team.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust business continuity program addressing the full business continuity lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough business impact analysis and risk assessments to identify priority business activities and internal/external dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain business continuity solutions including business continuity plans, response structures, and resources.
  • Oversee and coordinate activities to validate, maintain, and review the effectiveness of the business continuity program.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and enterprise risk management.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, continuity frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301), and incident response planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Project management expertise with a track record of leading continuity initiatives from design through implementation.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
