About the Role

As a key member of the Customer Resolution, Remediation & Assurance Portfolio, you'll lead the Event Management Program of work, driving the transition of uplifted Event Management Practices into BAU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of the Event Management Program of work, collaborating with internal and external experts to review and assess historical events.
  • Design and implement uplifted Event Management practices to ensure effective operation in BAU.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in Operational and Compliance Risk Management, including key areas like Risk Assessments, Risk Profiles, Controls, and Change Risk.
  • Sound understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, influencing and gaining buy-in from Executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data visualisation skills.
  • Ability to contextualise insights for decision makers and partners.
  • Effective team leadership, motivating and managing various program team sizes.
