About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join Charterhouse as a Senior Project Director, overseeing the project life cycle from development to delivery. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve shared goals and create a customer-focused culture.
  • Direct and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage scope, budget, program, safety, assurance, and quality across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local government authorities and central government agencies.
  • Liaise with statutory approval bodies to ensure efficient progression of capital works programs.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a large, complex, and decentralized work environment.
  • Proven experience delivering projects with longer duration, multiple stakeholders, and potential conflict.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to lead multiple teams, and navigate ambiguity.

Benefits

  • Estimated salary range: $1200-$1300 per day.
