About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Senior Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations team in Seven Hills, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including rail and associated infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking costs and managing subcontractors
  • Providing leadership and direction to direct reports
  • Interfacing with design management and construction delivery teams
  • Upholding and promoting the highest health and safety standards
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in rail and associated infrastructure
  • Leadership skills and the ability to provide direction to direct reports
  • A degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or construction management
