As a Booking Centre Agent, you will be responsible for scheduling bookings and providing clear instructions to patients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced call centre environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and possess a high level of integrity and professionalism. A background in the radiology or healthcare industry would be beneficial, but it is not essential.

You will liaise with referrers, doctors, and patients to deliver patient medical results, answering calls and ensuring seamless booking processes. As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
