About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone calls. Your daily tasks will involve:

- Responding to a high volume of incoming calls and resolving issues efficiently
- Assisting clients professionally and empathetically while maintaining confidentiality and data security requirements
- Simultaneously navigating multiple systems while on the call
- Maintaining accurate records and databases for up-to-date information
- In certain situations, making outbound calls to follow up on client inquiries
