About This Role
Our newly established booking centre in the CBD is seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service to our patients.
You will be the first point of contact for patient enquiries and scheduling, using your expertise to deliver prompt and effective responses.
This role involves taking inbound calls, determining the required service, and liaising with technical and support staff to ensure seamless bookings.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to patients
- Using computer systems to manage bookings and enquiries
- Liaising with technical and support staff
- Ensuring accurate information about services and fees
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- A proactive approach to learning and development
