You will be handling predominantly digital online routine bookings from patients in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment. The role entails booking in medical imaging procedures, providing general preparation advice and billing information relating to the procedure or clinic the patient will attend.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Make appointments for multiple clinics across various modalities
  • Answer patient inquiries and provide general information
  • Maintain contact centre KPIs
  • Liaise with referrers and clinic staff
Requirements:
  • Contact centre experience or extensive customer service background
  • Excellent English communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Good PC and system skills with reasonable typing speed and accuracy
  • Adaptable and open to receive coaching/feedback
  • Medical understanding desirable but not essential
Training and Development:

We will set you up for success with a paid training period of one week's classroom learning and further side-by-side support, monitoring, and ongoing coaching.

Rostering:

Available for full-time (38 hours per week) or part-time positions with flexible roster options, including school hours. Work from home opportunities available after six months of employment with approval.
