We are seeking a skilled medical receptionist to manage patient bookings, invoicing and billing in our busy mental health practice.

About the Role:
  • Manage patient appointments, schedules and booking systems
  • Invoice patients accurately and efficiently
  • Billing and payment processes
  • NDIS plan management and coordination
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in healthcare or administration is essential
  • Oasis software knowledge is highly beneficial
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
