Key Responsibilities and Expertise
  • Collaborate with educators to enhance the quality of educational programs offered to children, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement.
  • Deepen team members' understanding of child development and early years content, providing expert guidance on the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Work closely with centre leadership teams to lead strategic transformations and promote excellence in educational practice.
  • Support diverse groups across different rooms, fostering a dynamic daily routine.
  • Lead a team of 20+ early childhood professionals in the centre, promoting teamwork and expertise.
  • Contribute to a rotating roster during centre operational hours from 7am to 6pm.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Teacher Accreditation (NESA).
