Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 86-place centre. The successful candidate will lead and mentor their team to deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS, building strong relationships with families and fostering a sense of community and trust.

About the Role
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Build strong relationships with families and foster a sense of community and trust.
  • Collaborate with Area Directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.
  • Manage staffing, budgets, and ensure all regulatory and WHS requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
  • Experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting.
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation.
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
