Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators, developing and implementing centre policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the development of the centre's quality improvement plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators in providing high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement centre policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the centre's quality improvement plan.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and the wider community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised).
  • Experience in staff development and leadership.
  • First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check.
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia.
  • Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
  • Ability to develop a Quality Improvement Plan.
