Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in New South Wales, supporting the next generation of rail industry professionals.

You will facilitate rail operations training in accordance with our strategies and deliver both practical and theoretical components to ensure learners gain the skills and knowledge required to operate safely and efficiently in the rail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver practical and theoretical training aligned with nationally recognised qualifications
  • Conduct competency assessments to ensure compliance with national training standards
  • Support learners with advice and guidance throughout their training
  • Provide feedback to us on learner progress and training outcomes
  • Maintain accurate training and assessment records
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) or equivalent
  • TLI42622 - Certificate IV in Train Driving or an equivalent qualification
  • Nationwide safeworking knowledge and experience
  • A valid National Police Clearance (with no court outcomes)
  • Significant experience as a qualified Rail Operations Driver
  • The ability to pass a Category 1 Rail Medical
  • Strong knowledge of national rail safety standards and industry regulations
  • A current Australian Driver's licence
