**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Activation Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve coordinating the delivery of activation activities in the Sydney East Metro Region, including the Work for the Dole program, study/education, EST, and CTA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our team to ensure appropriate intervention strategies are implemented for clients at risk of falling off, thereby increasing center conversion rates.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating with AWA team members to develop targeted strategies for vulnerable clients
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all sites within the region regarding activation activities
- Building strong relationships with site staff to promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Ensuring adequate activity resources are available for the region
- Collaborating with Job Coaches to troubleshoot issues and optimize client outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records of all activities and adhering to compliance requirements
- Managing risk assessments and contracts

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you will require:

- High computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a small team, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
- Personal resilience, matched with a professional and mature approach to overcoming challenges
- Experience working in the Employment Services sector, with a deep understanding of the DES and Workforce Australia programs
- Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs; intermediate level skills in data analysis and reporting
- Current police clearance (or ability to obtain)
