We are seeking an experienced Grocery Activation Specialist to join our team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective activation strategies to drive growth in the independent grocery channel. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop tailored plans to meet those objectives.

As a Grocery Activation Specialist, you will have a deep understanding of shopper behavior and market trends. You will use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to drive sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing activation strategies to drive growth in the independent grocery channel
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop tailored plans to meet those objectives

  • Analyzing data and market trends to inform activation strategies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or shopper marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
