**Campaign Activation Specialist | Global AdTech Brand**

This Connected TV (CTV) AdTech powerhouse is the Ad Monetisation arm of a well-known and global electronics company, leveraging proprietary real-time TV viewing behaviour and insights to promote relevant brands and content experiences to consumers. They partner with brands, agencies, and content owners to deliver unique advertising opportunities on native placements within their CTV platform. Their unique first party data help brands connect to their audience as they explore content across desktop, mobile, tablets and their Smart TVs. The ad platform delivers high-quality audience targeting powered by three key components: first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory.

**The Position**:
Based in Sydney, this Campaign Activation Specialist will facilitate the execution and activation (launching) of digital client advertising campaigns in a seamless and timely manner by offering critical direction and advice to all internal stakeholders and external clients. You will also partner with other Campaign Activation Specialists and the Team Lead to troubleshoot and monitor complex issues in active and completed campaigns.

Working in close collaboration with the Sales & Client Solution Management teams this role contributes to the improvement of internal processes and procedures through which client revenue flows. As you play a key part in working within the Campaign Activation team, you must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to enforce a streamlined workflow between internal stakeholders, including the Ad Operations and Client Solutions teams, and external clients. Additionally, Campaign Activation Specialists require excellent organization, keen detail orientation, and time management skills as these are essential to the daily complexity of the role.

**The Campaign Activation Specialist will be responsible for**:

- Working closely with other Campaign Activation Specialists and support Senior Campaign Activation Specialist with projects and/or tasks as required
- Serving as the technical and platform expert for the brands proprietary ad server for internal teams and external clients
- Providing thoughtful and accurate campaign information and contribute platform advice to internal teams and external clients
- Ensuring campaigns are assigned to the appropriate internal team members in a timely manner
- Own and monitor campaign delivery to ensure timely and accurate launch of campaigns to ensure campaigns are running as expected with targeted objectives and KPIs being met
- Acknowledge media plan and campaign objectives to complete campaign setup checklist requirements
- Work directly with the Client Solutions team to organize pre-campaign requisites, such as, creative asset collection, communication of specific campaign capabilities, and feasibility of unique client requests

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2 - 3 years experience in programmatic ad technology, ad operations or online campaign management working on DSP's such as DV360, Trade Desk, SpotX amongst others
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or Digital Advertising
- Strong experience working with both offshore (India) and global teams (Canada & US) in a collaborative manner
- Advanced and comprehensive understanding of the digital campaign life cycle, online media metrics, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Strong ability to assess priorities, multi-task, and take direction from multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to analyse, review results, and propose solutions to routine issues
- Strong ability to work autonomously or in collaboration with other team members
- Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a good challenge and continuous learning
- Deadline-driven and process-oriented personality
- Technical experience on the tools - DSP's like DV360, Trade Desk, SpotX or others and having good knowledge about campaign management
- Computer literate with superior knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Advanced familiarity with VAST/VPAID and JavaScript tags
- Sound experience with JIRA or project management/ticketing software
- Sound experience working in ad servers and ad tech platforms
