We are seeking a seasoned Technical Services and Reliability Professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Technical Services and Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness of our aircraft by providing specialist engineering services, preparing and distributing reliability reports, analyzing trends, and investigating defects.

This role requires an experienced engineer with a strong background in reliability systems and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate should have excellent research and report-writing skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Part 21 organisations to provide specialist engineering services
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reliability and Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) reports to stakeholders
  • Analyze trends and develop solutions to improve aircraft reliability
  • Investigate and report defects via the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) DSR system
  • Support Airworthiness Review staff in obtaining and analyzing information for Airworthiness Certificate issuance
Requirements:
  • Formal aviation-related engineering tertiary qualifications or trade licenses
  • Experience as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME)
  • Knowledge of reliability systems and/or statistical analysis
  • Excellent research and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software
