We are seeking an aviation professional to support safe, compliant and efficient aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion a strong safety culture in aviation operations.
  • Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of controls related to aviation and travel risks.
  • Lead and document aviation audits, ensuring timely action closure.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in aviation event reviews and incident investigations.
  • Manage technical changes and deviations relevant to aviation in accordance with integrity management standards.
  • Provide after-hours technical support and participate in incident management teams.
  • Maintain and update aviation standards and guidelines.
  • Advise on the application of aviation industry standards and regulations (CASA, ICAO, IOGP, CAP 437).
  • Participate in aircraft operator tendering and approve acceptable operators.
  • Monitor aviation service provider performance against key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage in aviation and drone communities of practice and internal stakeholder forums.
  • Represent the organization with external stakeholders, including aviation service providers, regulators and OEMs as required.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of rotary wing aircraft performance and operations; fixed-wing experience desirable.
  • Strong understanding of offshore helicopter operations and relevant regulations.
  • Lead auditor experience with quality auditing standards (ISO9001, AS9100).
  • Proficiency in aviation safety management systems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external stakeholders.
  • Technically competent with aviation-related digital systems.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in aviation, with a focus on offshore oil and gas environments.
  • Commercial helicopter pilot licence (CPL(H)) or air transport pilot licence (ATPL(H)).
