As an Aviation Adviser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our aviation operations across our Australian assets.

Reporting to our Perth office, you will act as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and strategic input across rotary and fixed-wing operations, with a strong focus on offshore helicopter activities.

Key responsibilities include championing our safety culture, leading aviation audits, and serving as a subject matter expert in aviation event reviews and incident investigations.

You will also manage Technical Integrity changes and deviations relevant to aviation, provide after-hours technical support, and participate in the Incident Management Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of rotary wing aircraft performance and operations; fixed-wing experience desirable.
  • Strong understanding of offshore helicopter operations and relevant regulations.
  • Lead auditor experience with Quality auditing standards (ISO9001, AS9100).
  • Proficiency in Aviation Safety Management Systems
  • Demonstrated success in managing external stakeholders.
  • Technically competent with aviation-related digital systems.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in aviation, with a focus on offshore oil and gas environments.
  • Commercial Helicopter Pilot Licence (CPL(H)) or Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL(H))
