Job Opportunity: Security Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, access control, and responding to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage site access through the Gallagher access control system
  • Coordinate with on-site security personnel
  • Respond to alarms and incidents
  • Maintain clear and accurate logs and reports
  • Ensure all access protocols are followed diligently

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with the Gallagher access system
  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Excellent communication and situational awareness
  • Ability to work day and night shifts as part of a rotating roster
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Working Conditions:

  • Shift work
  • Australia (preferred)

Roster:

  • 3/4 rotating roster
  • 2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights

Location:

  • Sydney Eastern Suburbs
