  • Work closely with clients and members to identify opportunities for professional development and growth.

  • Advise members on new initiatives and opportunities, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proactively manage membership renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing any potential disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, ensuring data integrity and informed decision-making.
  • Represent AICD at events and conferences, promoting our brand and values.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with C-suite executives.
  • High level of technical aptitude, with experience in CRM data management and MS Office.
