We're seeking a dedicated professional to support our customers during UK business hours. Most of our customers are healthcare professionals, and we value helping them get the most out of our software.
Our RoleOur company creates practice management software that makes life easier for allied health professionals. We handle appointment scheduling, treatment notes, video consultations, and more. Our software is used globally by over 100,000 people every day.
What You'll DoYou'll spend your time supporting our customers with:
- Responding to chat/email messages from existing customers.
- Helping new customers decide if our software is right for their business.
- Communicating with customers via social media.
- Working with developers to resolve issues.
- Collaborating with third-party integrators to solve customer problems.
Our goal is to provide exceptional support in every interaction. You'll be empowered to deliver amazing service.
RequirementsWe're looking for someone to cover UK business hours (9am-5pm GMT) and some weekend shifts. If you want to work outside these hours, please look for future opportunities that fit your schedule better. We prioritize our team's well-being and want to ensure this role brings positivity to their lives.
