  • End to end M&A execution, including target list preparation, financial due diligence, and stakeholder management;
  • Work on diverse client types and projects with differing levels of complexity;
  • Take ownership of deliverables and complete them effectively within required timeframes;
  • Develop and manage junior members of the team;
  • Build and maintain client relationships for deal origination;
