Lead Strategic Campaigns

ING is looking for an experienced Chapter Lead to join our team. This role involves leading and managing a team of Campaign Data Analysts, providing strategic direction and oversight to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in customer campaign execution, with experience in planning, sizing, list extraction, and reporting. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, developing, and managing the team to achieve business objectives. They will also be expected to represent the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer interests are prioritized while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, executing, and deploying customer communication strategies across all channels
  • Providing end-to-end steering and oversight of programs of delivery to drive successful outcomes to time and budget
  • Managing, coaching, and developing Campaign Data Analysts to ensure sufficient skillset and high work standards

Qualifications include a degree in an analytical or technical discipline, with 5+ years of experience in customer campaign execution. Excellent documentation and writing skills, as well as extensive multitasking abilities, are also required.
