Job Opportunity: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all campaigns, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and providing strategic media recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the success of digital marketing campaigns by coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights to clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, becoming a go-to advisor for strategic media planning and implementation.
  • Oversee new campaign launches, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery by working closely with Media Delivery and other teams.
  • Deliver customized insights and reporting to agency teams, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions and campaign optimizations.
  • Serve as a key liaison across APAC Audience Media teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on goals.
  • Champion innovation by challenging current attribution models and driving incremental growth for clients in the evolving digital landscape.
Requirements:
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of account management or agency experience, with extensive knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS solutions.
  • Digital Media Savvy: Proficiency in digital media, retargeting, and direct marketing/CRM, with a deep understanding of media planning and measurement tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building relationships founded on trust and product knowledge.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Commitment to providing professional, timely, and accurate support to clients, ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Integrity and Authenticity: Operates with honesty, transparency, and authenticity to foster trust and confidence with clients and colleagues.
