Our team leads the development and execution of commercial strategies across the business by maximizing opportunities for prospective or ongoing partners.

We work tirelessly to strengthen business alliances, joint ventures, sponsorships, and collaborations through TEG's vast array of live content options, which includes everything from concerts to sport, to festivals, to family entertainment, theatre and beyond.

About the Role

As the Director of Business Growth and Partnerships, you will lead a team of partnership managers, driving the development and sales of sponsorships and media assets across all TEG businesses. This role is pivotal in shaping TEG's commercial strategy and ensuring the continued success of our sponsorship initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on generating new business and delivering sponsorship revenue to TEG by securing high-value brand partnerships across TEG's portfolio of Concert Touring, Sporting Events, Theatre Productions, and Family Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure strategic, high-value partnerships with clients across diverse brand categories, overseeing and meeting all partner expectations throughout the Business Development process.
  • Present compelling and tailored value propositions to potential partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership that aligns with both their brand goals and TEG's market standing.
  • Research and develop innovative strategies to seamlessly integrate new brands with TEG's portfolio of properties.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring mutual value for both TEG and its partners.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy, identifying new sponsorable properties and growth opportunities.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with TEG's promoters, account managers, and other business units to create a seamless commercial ecosystem.
