About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to clients with complex needs, helping them live with dignity and independence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and daily living support
  • Assist with manual handling and use of aids
  • Support clients with challenging medical requirements
  • Foster empowerment and inclusion in shared living environments
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families
  • Manage complex situations with empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Proven experience supporting high-needs disability clients
  • Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
  • Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
Desirable:
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of NDIA processes
