**Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide care and support to older people in their own homes, enabling them to live independently for as long as possible.

The successful candidate will have a kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly. You will be comfortable interacting with a wide range of people and possess excellent communication skills.

Your day-to-day role will involve:

  • Providing general household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping
  • Assisting with personal care, including showering and dressing (if qualified)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification (or willingness to complete this through our traineeship program)
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured vehicle
  • Basic first aid and CPR skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
