Aged Care Support Specialist

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide care and support to our elderly clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Transport clients to appointments and shopping trips.
- Provide social support and respite to clients and their families.
- Offer personal care assistance including showering and dressing (for those who are qualified or fully trained).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- The ability to interact comfortably with a wide range of people.
- Reliability and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (though not essential, as we can support you in achieving this through our traineeship program).
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check.
